Yes. Every VALYOU Couture® piece is individually hand-painted and therefore one of a kind. Small variations in brushwork, paint texture or details are natural characteristics of handcrafted artwear and are not considered defects.

Each piece is individually hand-painted. While the design concept remains the same, minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the process. These variations are part of what makes every piece unique.

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with our return policy. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Returns that show signs of wear, washing or damage cannot be accepted.

Yes — but care instructions must be followed carefully. Incorrect washing or handling can damage the painted artwork. Damage caused by improper care or washing is not considered a product defect and cannot be refunded. Please read our Care Guide before washing your jacket.

Wearable art evolves with time. Subtle changes, aging or fading can occur with wear and washing and are part of the natural character of the piece. These changes do not represent a defect.
